(1) The stockpiles do not warm up or slowly warm up. Sawdust fermentation is not as fast as straw heating. If it is found that the temperature rise is slow, ammonium bicarbonate can be properly added to adjust the ratio of carbon to nitrogen and promote warming. If the temperature can rise above 60Â°C, no adjustment is necessary.
(2) The lower part of the stock pile turns dark brown and has a strange smell. This phenomenon is caused by the lack of oxygen. The reason is that the stock piles are too large or too heavy, and they should be turned tightly, and the holes should be ventilated after turning. Prepare the culture medium. After the wheat grains are cooked thoroughly, add the sawdust fermentation material with about 1/4 of the grain volume of the sawdust. Then add the lime and adjust the pH value to 7.5-8. According to the weight of dry wheat, add 1% to 2% of light calcium carbonate, mix well and bottling. Sawdust material must be finely crushed and cannot have large pieces to prevent the sterilisation due to blockage and incomplete digestion. The bottle should be placed positively when it is bottled and it should not be over-tilted. Otherwise, after the bottling, the wheat grain is biased to one side, sawdust to one side, and the bacteria is inserted after filling.
